The Bat! 4.0.18.3 Beta

Thursday, March 20th, 2008

It’s been a slow week in terms of school, meaning lots of extra quality time with The Beau Named Joe. And it’s the second half of my second semester of senior year. I’ve totally checked out. (Almost.

This explains why such diverse performers as Ethel Merman, Roddy McDowell, Liberace, Milton Berle, Vincent Price and Shelley Winters all put in time on the Bat-Stage.

You could see it coming from the top deck. Obama’s had 20 years to take aim at this pitch, but like Casey in Ernest Lawrence Thayer’s perennial classic, “Casey at the Bat,” Obama permit it sail across the plate.

Volstad has had a great spring but he probably won’t produce the team. He’s 21 and the Marlins probably dread that he would be overwhelmed.

More SXSW archives, photos, and movie to come, but let’s drop a pile of MP3s right off the bat from the Band Who Would Be King (sorry though, we have to cut the Roky cover!).

And I have to believe that both of them know that acquiring Roberts allows Piniella to move Theriot to the eighth spot and Pie to seventh.

To install The Bat! 4.0.18.3 Beta Beta, unpack the downloaded RAR archive (you may need the unpacker) and replace TheBat.EXE file in The Bat! installation directory. (It is recommended to protect the previous stable security.EXE file in a safe place just in case the new Beta causes problems)

As a general security rule, it is recommended to make a back-up before starting a new Beta. We try to protect public Betas as safe as possible, but it is always better to be on the safe side of things.
